St. Patricks Day Food Truck Vendor Application

March 15, 2025 from 11am-6pm

  • In order to be included in promotional materials, applications must be submitted no later than February 21st, 2025.

  • Only food truck/trailer are allowed.

  • Required to have an “Irish inspired or themed” dish.

  • Vendor Fees are $200 per truck or $300 per premium space. Premium spaces are on a first come first serve basis. You will be notified via email on application status and on space availability.

  • MSM reserves the right to deny vendors based on the following:

    • Type of product already provided by another vendor, to prevent over crowding

    • History of no-show, early pull outs.

    • All applications are juried by MSM committee

Easy Steps to do:
• Download the guidelines for temporary permit for food truck at the BERKELEY COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT. Health Department applications for temporary food permits are due by Feb 23rd.

• Notify the Health Department ASAP for event and related questions: 304-267-7130

• If you have not worked with MSM previously, we will need a copy of State of West Virginia Business License.
