Merchandise Vendor Application

Fill out the applications below! All applications are due by November 1st, 2024.

Terms & Conditions:

Please submit your application and license by November 1st, 2024, to allow for time to place your business in the market advertising and promotion. Applications should be completed in full at time of submission.
Vendors will be provided a space ten feet by ten feet (10’ x 10’). Vendors should provide their own, canopies, tables and tablecloths for booth. Main Street Martinsburg does not provide tents or tables. Booths are to ALWAYS look professional.
Tents must be secured down.
$50 Booth Fee (10x10 space)
There is NO electric power on site.
VENDORS are responsible for their own area for setup and cleanup.
Vendor MUST have current West Virginia business licenses, we will require a copy.
MSM reserves the right to deny vendors based on the following but not limited to:
- Type of product already provided by another vendor, to prevent over crowding
- Product not deemed fit for this event
- History of no-show, early pull outs.

Waiver of Liability

As a condition of participation, the undersigned merch vendor agrees to indemnify, release, defend and hold harmless to Main Street Martinsburg a 501 (c) (3) tax-exempt non-profit corporation and the City of Martinsburg, and all their Boards and Departments, representatives or customers from any action arising from the agreement or any activity, act or omission, involving or connected to the Martinsburg St. Patrick’s Celebration. The undersigned warrants and represents that he or she is a duly authorized representative or agent of the vendor so named in this agreement and checks the box in that authorized capacity. Please note that all sales are final. If you drop out of the event, no refunds or credits will be issued.
