Terms & Conditions:
Please submit your application and license by April 14th, 2025, to allow for time to place your business in the market advertising and promotion. Applications should be completed in full at time of submission.
Vendors will be provided a space ten feet by ten feet (10’ x 10’). Vendors should provide their own, canopies, tables and tablecloths for booth. Main Street Martinsburg does not provide tents or tables. Booths are to ALWAYS look professional.
$100 Booth Fee (10x10 space), this includes 2 entree wristbands.
There is NO electric power on site.
VENDORS are responsible for their own area for setup and cleanup.
Vendor MUST have current West Virginia business licenses, we will require a copy.
MSM reserves the right to deny vendors based on the following:
Type of product already provided by another vendor, to prevent over crowding
History of no-show, early pull outs.
All applications are juried by MSM committee
