Wine & Shine Festival Food Truck Vendor Application

May 31st , 2025 from 12-7PM
You will be provided a 10’ x 20’ space unless otherwise contracted.
You must provide Health Dept. approved tents, carts, trailers, etc.
At the request of the property owner, Please include your Certificate of insurance from your insurance company.
Please provide your West Virginia business license.
Martinsburg Wine Fest provides trash cans for our general use but if you need additional cans, please bring them.
There are no extra chairs, please bring chairs for your own comfort.
$200 Vendor Fee will be due if selected for festival. Vendors will be provided with vendor wristbands for event access. However, if they wish to participate in activities, they must purchase a ticket at a discounted rate.
WV Fire Marshal Inspection Sticker must be obtained to participate.
Please notify the Health Department prior to Wine Fest and related questions
SET-UP WILL BEGIN AT 8AM ON SATURDAY, MAY 31ST. A SITE MAP WITH YOUR SPACE NUMBER WILL BE E-MAILED 1 WEEK PRIOR TO THE FEST.

• Download the guidelines for temporary permit for food truck at the BERKELEY COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT.
• Notify the Health Department ASAP for event and related questions: 304-267-7130
• If you have not worked with MSM previously, we will need a copy of State of West Virginia Business License. At the request of the property owner, we will require your Certificate of insurance from your insurance company.
