Terms & Conditions:

Please submit your application and license by April 14th, 2025, to allow for time to place your business in the market advertising and promotion. Applications should be completed in full at time of submission.
Vendors will be provided a space ten feet by ten feet (10’ x 10’). Vendors should provide their own, canopies, tables and tablecloths for booth. Main Street Martinsburg does not provide tents or tables. Booths are to ALWAYS look professional.
$250 EARLY BIRD Booth Fee (10x10 space)
There is NO electric power on site.
The Martinsburg Wine Fest will provide ice storage for the event.
Main Street Martinsburg will provide a permit from the WVABCA. Each winery is required to: Staff their own booth, have knowledgeable Winery Representatives in their booth at all times during fest hours. Pours will be only allowed in the current year’s wine glass. No double pours will be permitted.
Vintners will sell by the glass or bottle.
Martinsburg Wine Fest will provide a link to each winery’s website as well publish the wines you plan to pour that day.
Vendors are responsible for their own area for setup and cleanup.
Vendor MUST have current West Virginia business licenses, we will require a copy.
At the request of the property owner, please include certificate of insurance from your insurance company.

How many vendor wristbands will you need?

Vendor wristbands will be needed to gain access to the event grounds. We’ve encountered issues with non-staff assisting during setup, and since this is a ticketed event, we need to limit access to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Waiver of Liability

As a condition of participation, the undersigned merch vendor agrees to indemnify, release, defend and hold harmless to Main Street Martinsburg a 501 (c) (3) tax-exempt non-profit corporation and the City of Martinsburg, and all their Boards and Departments, representatives or customers from any action arising from the agreement or any activity, act or omission, involving or connected to the Martinsburg St. Patrick’s Celebration. The undersigned warrants and represents that he or she is a duly authorized representative or agent of the vendor so named in this agreement and checks the box in that authorized capacity.
