Merchandise Vendor Application

Fill out the applications below! All applications are due by April 26th, 2024!

Terms & Conditions:

  • Please submit your application and license by April 26th, 2024, to allow for time to place your business in the market advertising and promotion. Applications should be completed in full at time of submission.

  • Vendors will be provided a space ten feet by ten feet (10’ x 10’). Vendors should provide their own, canopies, tables and tablecloths for booth. Main Street Martinsburg does not provide tents or tables. Booths are to ALWAYS look professional.

  • $50 Booth Fee (10x10 space)

  • There is NO electric power on site.

  • VENDORS are responsible for their own area for setup and cleanup.

  • Vendor MUST have current West Virginia business licenses, we will require a copy.
